
This system was developed by our company in 2006 in accordance with the national standard GB-T 2022-1980 (now updated to GB/T 12959-2008) Cement Hydration Heat Test Method (Direct Method). It is used to automatically record the temperature changes of cement binder in multiple sets of calorimeter, calculate the total accumulated and dissipated heat in the calorimeter, and obtain the hydration heat of cement within 7 days (28 days). The system is fully automated, with dense sampling points and high accuracy, fully replacing old-fashioned manual reading instruments. It can be used in cement plants, scientific research departments, colleges and universities, and construction engineering departments. It is an essential equipment for detecting the hydration heat of cement such as "dam cement", "Portland cement", "slag Portland cement", "fly ash Portland cement", and additives.
The use of this system eliminates the problem of traditional instruments requiring manual duty for reading and large errors in reading recording. Once the sample is installed, manual intervention is no longer needed. The system will automatically control the collection/recording/stopping/analysis/calculation of hydration heat data according to program settings and print hydration heat detection reports. The system uses high-precision temperature sensors to collect the temperature changes of cement in the calorimeter. Multiple sets of calorimeters are installed in a constant temperature circulating water tank with a numerical control device to ensure constant external temperature. The changes in heat values are collected in real time by a multi-channel data acquisition device and transmitted to the computer. The software automatically analyzes the data and displays the hydration heat release curve in real time, and calculates the total heat value within 7 or 28 days.
